Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications. In this role, you will take ownership of both front-end and back-end architectures, working extensively with Node.js, React.js, and React Native. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in managing diverse database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and is comfortable leveraging modern server-side frameworks to build fast, robust, and secure digital products.

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Stack Development: Architect, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using React.js for the front end and Node.js frameworks for the back end.
  • Mobile Application Development: Build and maintain cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android using React Native.
  • API Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints using backend frameworks like Next.js, Express.js, and Fastify.
  • Database Management: Structure, optimize, and manage data across relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB), ensuring optimal query performance and data integrity.
  • Code Quality & Maintenance: Write clean, modular, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews, implement unit tests, and troubleshoot complex technical issues across the stack.
  • Integration & Deployment: Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and authentication services (e.g., OAuth, JWT). Assist in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, project managers, and business stakeholders to translate product requirements into technical realities.
What We Are Looking For

Technical Qualifications & Skills

  • Backend Mastery: Proven experience with Node.js and hands-on familiarity with frameworks such as Express.js, Next.js (Server Actions/SSR), and Fastify.
  • Frontend & Mobile Expertise: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, state management (Redux, Context API), and cross-platform mobile development with React Native.
  • Database Expertise: Confident handling MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB (including writing optimized SQL queries, indexing, and structuring NoSQL schemas).
  • Tools & Version Control: Experience with Git/GitHub, package managers (npm, yarn, pnpm), and containerization tools like Docker is a plus.
  • Architectural Knowledge: Deep understanding of asynchronous programming, microservices architecture, and API security best practices.
